As a Community Interest Company (CIC), every penny we generate is reinvested to ensure more people in the North East get the support they need—especially those who may have fallen through the cracks of traditional services.

Whether you prefer one-off sessions or a more structured approach with our six-week session blocks, we have options to suit your budget and schedule. We also offer a 5% discount on six-week session blocks, making it even easier for you to commit to your mental well-being journey.
