Mind Matters NE conducts regular risk assessments to identify and manage potential hazards. Staff and volunteers are trained to assess risks in their specific roles and to implement safety measures.

Incident Reporting

In the event of an accident or incident:

  1. Immediate Action: Ensure safety and provide assistance as needed.
  2. Reporting: All incidents must be reported to the Health and Safety Officer.
  3. Documentation: Complete an incident report and record any relevant details.
