Free Cycling Sessions For Adults
We are delighted to be part of Big Bike Revival!
Mind Matters NE CIC is proud to deliver free cycling sessions as part of the Big Bike Revival programme. This project helps adults who are not currently cycling, or cycling less than once a month, to get back on their bikes in a supportive, friendly and local environment.
What we offer
-
Led Ride Sessions – explore safe, local routes with our friendly team
-
Learn to Ride – supportive sessions to build cycling confidence from scratch
-
Bike Hub Access – use of our fleet of adult bikes and helmets based at Benfield Sports Centre
Why Take Part?
Our cycling sessions are a great way to improve confidence, reduce isolation and build positive daily routines. You don’t need your own bike – just turn up and we’ll take care of the rest.
Who can attend?
Our sessions are aimed at adults (18+) living in Newcastle, particularly those from Walker, Byker and the surrounding areas. We welcome people of all abilities and confidence levels.
