Keeping People Safe
Keeping people safe runs through everything we do, from group rides to one-to-one support.
Everyone who delivers our sessions is trained in safeguarding and holds an enhanced DBS check. Every activity is risk assessed, and we work in venues that are safe and accessible. When we work with partner organisations, we check their safeguarding arrangements too.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Ratan Singh, a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Our Deputy Safeguarding Lead is Helen Symonds-Taylor.
Keeping People Safe
If you are worried about the safety or welfare of someone who takes part in our sessions, contact us at hello@mindmattersne.co.uk and our safeguarding lead will respond. You do not need to be certain that something is wrong. We would always rather hear about it.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
